Purchase Requirement
- A valid purchase receipt from a Raising Cane’s restaurant is required to participate.
- Each receipt contains a unique survey code, which must be entered to access the survey.
- Receipts without a survey code are not eligible.
Survey Entry Period
- The survey must be completed within 3 days (72 hours) of the purchase date shown on the receipt.
- Survey codes expire after this time and cannot be reactivated.
Entry Limitations
- Only one survey entry per receipt is permitted.
- Multiple surveys using the same receipt are strictly prohibited.
- Each new purchase receipt allows one additional survey entry.
Eligibility Requirements
To be eligible to participate in the Raising Cane’s survey, participants must:
- Be 18 years of age or older
- Be a legal resident of the United States
- Have a valid, recent purchase receipt
- Not be an employee of Raising Cane’s or an immediate family member of an employee
Any entry that does not meet these requirements will be considered invalid.
Survey Language Availability
- The survey is available in English and Spanish.
- Participants may select their preferred language at the start of the survey.
Reward Conditions
- Upon successful completion of the survey, participants will receive a validation code.
- The reward associated with the validation code is printed on the receipt and may include:

Reward Redemption Rules
- Validation codes must be written clearly on the original receipt.
- The receipt must be presented at the time of redemption.

- Expired validation codes will not be accepted.
- Rewards are not redeemable for cash, credit, or gift cards.
- Lost, stolen, or damaged receipts will not be replaced.
Restrictions on Use
